Mr. Williams is a native of Arizona and attended Arizona State University where he earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance. In 1997, Mr. Williams completed his Juris Doctorate degree at Arizona State University, where he won the National Moot Court Negotiations Competition and was awarded the Dean's Award of Merit.
