Mr. Mullis is an associate attorney with Righi Hernandez. He has civil litigation experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, including, bankruptcy, breach of contract, construction defect litigation, compliance with corporate filing requirements, general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, tax and tort. As a prosecutor, Mr. Mullis also gained significant court room experience handling a variety of cases and submitted victorious appellate briefs to the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mr. Mullis is currently a Member at Large for the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association Construction Law Section and is responsible for preparing and presenting CLE programs.
Mr. Mullis graduated cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2005 and received honors in taxation and international law. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in 2001.
Out of the courtroom, Mr. Mullis enjoys playing basketball, golf, soccer, softball and recently completed his first marathon.
