Ronald C. Archibeque

Mr. Archibeque is a native New Mexican with a family history dating back to the mid 1800s. He has always maintained strong ties to his roots and community. Opening a New Mexico office provides the perfect opportunity for Mr. Archibeque to expand his practice and reconnect to the community that helped shaped his ideals and ethics.

Mr. Archibeque's practice includes insurance defense, general liability, personal injury, product liability, insurance bad faith and construction defect. Since 1998 Mr. Archibeque has represented insurers, insureds, contractors and subcontractors both in New Mexico and Arizona. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials in both States. Since starting his career, Mr. Archibeque has had the opportunity of handling some very significant cases. As an example, in 2007 he was counsel for a subcontractor against the State of Arizona in the largest environmental case and settlement in Arizona history. In addition, Mr. Archibeque has also served as lead defense counsel in several highly publicized New Mexico cases.

Mr. Archibeque has an expertise of defending some of the most complex, multimillion dollar cases in the firm. He vigorously defends his clients while always constantly formulating, calculating and adapting new strategies to accommodate the ever changing landscape of complex litigation. Mr. Archibeque firmly believes in the basic principal of acting in the best interest of the client and deciphering information from which to make the best decisions.

Mr. Archibeque earned both a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. He is an avid golfer and especially enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
