Ms. Hernandez is a first generation Cuban American. She has embraced the ideals of tenacity and hard work, using both in her zealous representation of her clients. During the last several years her practice has focused primarily on various aspects of construction law.
Since 1997 she has represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in litigation in both Arizona and California. Ms. Hernandez has expertise in managing the prosecution of third party litigation on behalf of homebuilders and general contractors and aggressively pursues insurance coverage for her clients. Ms. Hernandez has handled cases that range from the most complex multi-developer actions to a basic single-family home dispute.
